I agree that you can observe a lot during interview, but there is always exception. Last time I hired an overseas bun bun, she was very fluent in speech and having quick and logical response during interview, however, when she arrived at my home, she was ok at talk, totally not ok at work.
During job trial, I won't give any dangerous work for the helper, just simple tasks, like cleansing the furnitures and making the bed. Then I usually treat her with a meal together, trust me, you can observe a lot more!!:lol :lol :lol
