I'm waiting my busband back to home, then we'll fire the bun who has been working for us for 22 months....coz she is not honest and lie to us, so we can't wait until her contract finish.
frankily speaking, I don't think that she's really bad as compared those maid talking by bk mother. But she is not honest, I feel not comfortable to keep such person in my home. I don't know if I'll regret....
It's hard to stay with other who make u uncomfort. U make yr decision to fire her, then go ahead to do so. It will make u feel better, right??? Don't make yourself guilty
You don't have to feel guilty, cos she doesn't care about her job. I guess she know you will not renew the contract with her. That is why she behave badly.
Early terminate the contract in order to protect yourself. She might do some tricks before the end of the contract. Good luck to you.

You fall into her trap if you terminate her and give her one month's notice. If I were you, I will not do that and show happy at all times. See who "play" who!
Finally, I fired her on the day I posted this topic...she looked so calm and went to pack up her stuff fastly. But when she realised that the termination letter stating the reason of terminating her contract is Dishonest to the employer for many times, she begged me to change it otherwise she cannot find another employer. I told her that I won't lie and let another employer suffer as me. Today when I went to the agency to deliver the copy of her terminating letter, I saw her there. She didn't say hi to me...I can't see any regret from her eyes.
