I tried it once and will never again. When my last maid left, they said they don't have replacement available and their voice was they didn't wanna serve you.
i hired my current oversea maid from 得成... so far so good la.
I think the good thing about 得成 is they have proper training for the maid. If the maid herself is ok, they will learn the proper training.
But 得成 needs you to pay first before you can have - phone interview.... i don't like this, as once I paid, I must pick a maid from them ....
Don't expect the staffs in 得成 will follow up your case like small firm... coz' no delicate agent will be assigned to you. Anyone of them can just check your maid status from the computer..
Afterall, i think hiring a maid is all depend on LUCK!
