請問四月份紅色假期是否全是工人假期？我好似見到復活節唔係喎，係咪我眼花？即係邊日係，邊日唔係？仲有2010年12月27日係唔係工人假期，我有D唔明白，我家工人話紅色就係佢o既假？４月佢有4個sunday外，仲有5號，22號23號25號????

Easter 不是工人的假日. 她們不是所有紅假都放的, 你看看以下法定假期作參考.

2011年度12天法定假日

1月1日
農曆年初一 (2月3日)
農曆年初二 (2月4日)
農曆年初三 (2月5日)
清明節 (4月5日)
勞動節 (5月1日)
端午節 (6月6日)
香港特別行政區成立紀念日 (7月1日)
中秋節翌日 (9月13日)
國慶日(10月1日)
重陽節 (10月5日)
冬節 (12月22日) 或聖誕節 (12月25日) (由僱主選擇)
任何僱員，都可享有上述法定假日，如法定假日適逢僱員的休息日，應於休息日翌日補假。該補假須並非法定假日，代替假日或休息日的日子。如僱員已按連續性合約受僱滿3個月，便可享有假日薪酬，款項相等於僱員於假日前12個月的每日平均工資。

我每年年頭都會印張法定假日表比工人

我有上政府網頁睇過勞動節(五月一日) 係星期日, 但又無寫明要補番比工人喎! 我問過幾個朋友都話要補番一日比佢喎, o岩唔o岩呢?

Oh , I think she will be very disappointed about it . Because she said she has a lot of obligation in church and said I do not give her freedom from beginning to now.

We compromised that she needs to come home at 8:3pm. Fortunately, I asked her to sign to show when she came home, otherwise , big wok....

你跟足勞工法例,根本唔洗理佢有咩不滿...
個人覺得佢嚟香港主要都係打工,唔係返教會!!根本唔洗理佢...如果佢睇教會緊要過工作...咁就唔好打工,送佢一程啦...

Just tell your maid she only entitled have a labour holiday, not public holiday.
Once she signed the contract with you, you should know all these rules, don't step back, she is testing your bottom line, tell her you follow the HK laws, nothing wrong, you are already give her responable freedom, means every 7 working days have 1 day off.
If you let her take the easter holiday, i'm sure she will ask for x'mas eve, x'mas day, boxing day, new year....... later, cause same reason, "a lot of obligation in church ".

I will not give her Easter Holiday. May be she will go back to the palace before Easter.

I said I do not not know yr previous employers but I will follow the Labour Law only. Wa!!! Her face turns dark black . I am afraid .

我會叫AGENT同佢講...
如果佢再黑面,或者揾前僱主大你,我會盡快換人算了...
佢似乎想放假,多過想工作賺錢呀...

Always said her previous employer, why don't you go back to her? don't stay at my home and make dirty my place. 大你? 大返佢.

Maybe she hook her man boss, lady boss discovered and sweep her away.
If so good? why she had to leave? Of course was her problem.
