我先生將要到 melbourne 出差幾星期, 他入住的是Quest Southbank hotel (Address:Kavanagh Street, Southbank
Melbourne) 想請問下酒店附近有沒有supermarket, 洗衣店, 餐廳等?

I looked at their web-site, it's a service apartment, provide fully equipped Kitchen, private laundry etc.
(normally, they don't provide laundry powder!)

Location is very handy, close to the Crown casino! Cross the river is Melbourne City. no need to worry about supermarket or cafe!

謝謝你! 我先生要出差幾星期, 所以我心裡有點擔心. 因為我先生平日不喜歡出街吃飯. 所以我很擔心他三餐.

1) 請問在melbourne city 用餐一般是多了錢.
2) 請問如果想在melbourne city買中國食品, 或即食粉麵等可以在那裡買呢? 會很貴嗎?
3) 在那裡會有大型的supermarket呢?
4) 如果想在澳洲買電話card打返香港, 邊款比較平呢?

he can cook at the service apartment, fully equipped kitchen!

go to whereis.com.au

1) input "12 Kavanagh St, Southbank, VIC" to the space 'where'
2) you will see a circle marking the location
3) zoom out the map
4) you can drag the map to move to see more the up, down, left or right
5) see further up, see 'flinder street'? where is the edge of Melbourne city, further is the city
6) if you zoom the map with right size, you will see China Town where located at Little Bourke Street or nearby.

if your hubby is going to eat instant noodle, bring from HK la, cheaper well, Korean spicy noodle, around $1 per pack. 出前xx, around $0.8 (I think).

Coles and Safeway, are the big local supermarket, you can find them in the city! or there are heaps convenience stores.

re phone card, go to china town, can see lots of places to sell phone card, just ask them which one is good and cheap to call back HK. better use the one without 'flag fee' or 'connection fee', then, will be cheaper.
