Me ar?? Too early have sweet dream for helper la.

My child 3 years old, still wake up at 4:00am (same time) every nite ~ want milk,. Of course, wake them (3 helpers) up la.

No need to work ar!!

Cannot treat them so good, this is their job, not mind.
If you wake up to do once, they will ignore you next time. They think you also agreed to leave them alone OR respect their sleeping time.

She pretend that she can't hear yesterday night then I have to yell out from the kitchen

....I only had 9 hours sleep for the last 2 days.........

Good job la.

They are deaf. No need to caring their feeling.

You talk to her seriously, she need to take care baby at nite time, this is her responsiblity.

That's employer' own business.

For my own opinion, if I employ a maid to take care a child, no matter I need to work or not on next day, that's non of her business. I only know this is your job, your responsibility, when I employ you, you already knew I have child, you already knew you need to wake up, if that moment, you don't know, now I tell you, that is. If you think that's not suitable, then resign la. My door always open.

Even next time, i lay on the bed for whole 24 hours, non of her business la. She receive my money, she should sort out my problem, finish conversation.

我想講, 個細路係自己, 請工人返黎湊, 係咪可以將媽媽的責任都pass埋比佢?
仲大大聲講佢唔做邊個做?

工人的job title, 係domestic helper, not baby sitter!

我仔出世到而家都係跟我瞓, 夜奶/半夜紥醒, 都係我兩公婆搞掂. 日頭得工人自己睇BB, 我希望佢得到足夠休息, 佢唔瞓我干預唔到, 但做僱主一定要比到合理休息時間佢.

或者, 我地係草根階層, 就註定要棉乾絮濕咁湊仔......條命係咁.

我都係要返工, 每日睡眠時間不多過6個鐘. 大仔同細囡都係我自己起身餵奶, 我唔會叫工人做, 我係媽媽, 我好享受同佢地吃奶奶. 幾辛苦我都無有怕 !!

我係請工人之前已同佢講佢要負責半夜湊bb.
如果bb經常半夜醒,佢可以在早上時間補番瞓.

初初唔慣半夜唔想起身可以接受,但佢應該要去識應呢種生活....e+好多工都要24hour on-call / 24 hour shift.半夜叫工人湊bb無問題.

In my case, I'll see what time.

I have a 2 mo old and also working. I'll only take care of my baby until 12-1am, then if baby wakes up after that, the helper will help.

I don't mind if she sleeps a bit later coz as a mum, we always worry that what if they do not get enough sleep, they will drop our baby or something like that. So I tell her to take rest if the baby takes the afternoon nap.

其實我唔會放心俾個工人餵，萬一佢掃風掃得唔好，可能會發生意外，睇怕我自己都係辛苦命或者係被虐狂。

一間2100呎既屋, 清潔煮飯樣樣做一個工人搞掂晒之餘, 還要湊2個小朋友, 一個2歲超活潑+一個3個月大既BB女, 2個BB 既飲飲食食換片介片都係佢一個人做晒
夜晚, 2個女同佢一間房訓
呢排細妹玩野, 晚晚零晨3:00仲鬼死咁精靈
姐姐就陪佢到佢訓著為止, 大檄清晨5-6點左右細妹又起身飲奶, 佢又要起身, 差唔多到7-8點到又要大女飲奶, 都係佢起身
黎左差唔多3個月, 完全冇要我起身幫手,
原本打算請多個工人, 但見佢一個人都搞得掂, 就放棄呢個諗頭.

Totally agree, when I got home, I'll look after baby until 12-1am, then my maid will wake up and look after baby in the morning say 6:30am....but the thing that I am not happy with is that she did nothing yesterday night.....If she wake up and check on baby then that's fine and I'll feed baby myself (I'm in fact happy and planning to), what drives me mad is she pretend she can't hear baby crying

其實個BB跟得自己瞓都係預左自己半夜起身餵, 走得過去拍醒個工人自己都醒晒咁滯. 工人餵完又抱返入黎, 你又要醒過, 同埋有個人係房度出出入入真係唔方便.

如果要求個工人半夜起身餵奶, 日間工作要求就會相對咁降低少少. 大家都打過工, 明架啦!!!

在你要求工人做到晒你要求之前, 係咪可以諗下 : 比著你自己做, 做得完嗎?
