I've try two times in Causeway Bay branch. Bad experiences.
My eyeglasses did not check clearly. The only one sales lady said it's need time to accomodate.
My daughter's frame was broken down within two months but they need me to buy another one with 10 percent off. But I found that they should replace another one for me according to the guarantee in the receipt after I paid all.
The sales lady only gave me another new frame instead of refund.
