Pls advise how I can get an appointment. I have tried to make an appointment. The nurse gave me a date before but it was crashed and hence I cancelled it and asked for rescheduling. every time I called after i was told to call again later as no one cancelled the booking. I am very frustrated.
I wonder anyone can help. I don't want to annoy the nurse as I know my booking depends on them. I tried to be nice .... I am thinking to request to speak to Dr. Tay directly as it's wasting my time and can't understand the booking system. Any good suggestions? many thanks!!
