個衰工人一去不返, 可以怎辦???

我個衰工人放大假返印尼, 應該昨晚到港, check CX 班flight 已到, 但人未到??? 今日再 check travel agency, 先知完來個衰人 no show!!! 我可以怎辦???

連唔連絡到工人? 妳可以報定入境處話工人過期無返港. 如果佢真係唔返都有d support document. 妳可以當佢自動離職, 再請過個.

我都打定輸數隻衰野唔番架啦! 咁我又冇sit底到任何野, 反而我仲欠佢一張回程機票. 佢唔要就算..... 我係條air唔順咁啦!!! 我地對佢咁好, 佢個衰人咁樣對我地???

我份工one man bank, 冇得請假架..... 我老公又係, 不過, 好在我有媽媽幫我頂住下囉!!! 一家四口去晒媽媽到住, 嘩!!! 好熱鬧.... 真係世上只有媽媽好..... 唔知第日我d boys有咁既要求, 我做唔做到呢!!! 9月1日個boy開學, 我又頭痛啦!!! 點都要搵多個temp頂住先, 我都要去agency請過一個新既maid, 又要等2個月, 到時再算啦!

this is a trap......my maid ran away and stole $5000 plus a gold necklace last Friday and I terminated the contract on the same day (which was a wrong step) and now she sued me for the one month salary! You better call 27171771 then 1, then 0, then 0, then 3 - 24 hours Labour Department and ask them what to do to protect yourself!!

我問左勞工處啦!!! 佢地advise我先寫封掛號信寄去印尼比佢, 再問佢點解唔番黎喎??? 再比限期佢, 如果佢唔reply的話呢.... 就先再求助勞工處, 死得啦!!! 仲要等佢reply??? :-( :-( :-(

叫AGENT聯絡佢, 聯絡唔到就夠四十八小時去警處報警當失蹤人口論, 等佢一入境就比人塔嚇死佢都好呀

because she never said she want to resign and now I am the one who terminated the contract so I need to pay her one more salary (wages in lieu of notice)!! Now she lodged claims against me at the Labour Department and sue me for the wages in lieu of notice, underpay, rest day pay, travelling allowance, air ticket.......and she just arrived HK for 1 1/2 months!

no need to wait 48 hours, I just waited 3 hours and went to the police office and reported she is missing!! You better send her a registered letter to Indonesia and ask her if she want to resign or what?? Give her a period of time lets say 2 days to reply, if she has no reply that means she want to resgin and you can go to the Labour Department lodge claim of wages in lieu of notice (one month salary)! That is the best way to protect yourself!! But you better call both immigration and Labour Department before any actions, the agents always give me wrong message!!
