有無用過西門子/飛歌牌嘅雪櫃及洗衣機，好用嗎？

No good for Philco as most of my home applicances are this brand. Because they are provided by 發展商 as my home is new one (less than 2 years).

They are:
air-conditioner (both "cheong" 口機 & 分體) are 唔涼 (仲好嘈).
洗衣機 - 會去唔到水
雪櫃 - 唔凍 + 好嘈

I checked the price when I buy this home, They are not the cheapest model. 中上價的.
