Do I have to pay $100 to maid to travel to airport? [複製鏈接]

My maid will go back to Indo for 3 mths (for her wedding) after her contract expires late this mth. I have renewed her contract and she will work for me again in Jul. I want to know if I have to pay her $100 to travel from home to HK airport.

As far as I know, employer will have to pay the maid travel allowance ($100?) who will not work for them again.

Please advice. Thanks!

You have to pay the travel allowance one time when you maid go back home, whether is termination or finish contract.

But that is HKD100 from the her country's airport to her home, not from your home to HK airport.
