my friend did, want to resign 1 months before finish the maternity leave, but by law, it's not allowed. You need to go back to work and then resign. maternity leave can not be used as resign notice.

yes . i did
i use the maternity leave + annual leave.
and talked to HR to check if they can let me end my work early
they were ok with it so i had 3 months leave before i started new job.
