租約問題

我想請問 租約是在 2005 1月 簽, 是 1 年生 1 年死.

如果我想收樓. 可否在 2006 提出. 即是過了 1 年死約.

請指教.

you can give 2 months' notice to the tenant by the end of 2006 because actually your contract was 2 years, the option to terminate after 1 year was only the descretion of the tenant, not the landlord.
