我用詩絲樂乾綿. 用人奶沾濕後, 敷在面上.
如果敷手, 就將手浸濕, 再自然吹乾. 待 15-20 分鐘後用清水沖洗.

Haha ... really great to see this topic 'cos I've just finished a mask using mama milk!! It's because I was not feeling well last week and even need to be hospitalized. I have to take antibiotics so my doctor advised me not to bf this week. I then save all my milk for facial treatment.

I bought dry paper mask from Sasa and dip the mask in a little cup of the milk. I found the whitening effect is quite marvellous!

I tried once when my baby didn't finish up all the milk in the bottle. People said my face 白咗 the other day. Don't know whether it really works!!!!

But the milk is very 蘇. It is of no smell when I just pumped it out, but may be it has been re-heated, 好蘇. Is it the same for yours????

The paper masks I bought from Sasa are dry ones. Just $22 for a pack of 10 pieces.

Yeah yeah ... the milk is very 蘇 even it is cold and has not been reheated 'cos I don't intend to let my bb to drink as my milk will contain antibiotics.
