Has terminated my Phillipino maid yesterday. Please don't hire her to take care of you baby/kids. She works for me from Sept 2010 to yesterday. Why I terminate her:
- she is not patient (feed my bb for several 2-3 Zos milk and stops and says my BB did not want to eat. But when we try to feed our BB and try diff ways to feed, my BB still drinks)
- she don't listen to you (when you told her what she done is incorrect, she will go away, and pretent need to work. Did not saiy any "sorry", and will not correct her mistakes)
- she is dirty (e.g. use bathing water to brush my baby's teeth, use wash bowl basin to wash milk bottles, for bowls/plates she clean, there are always still dirts stick on it, etc)
- you need to follow up her work (e.g. always forget the close the drawer after use, forget to turn off heater, forget to inform us milk powder/diapers has used up, etc)
- she's not able to take good care of BB/kids ( my BB was sick and need has seen doctors over 20 times after she come!!!)
- SMS all days even we come back at night (one time she suddenly tell me to hold my BB and she go downstairs quickly to pick up her phone. Cause while she take care of BB in the balcony, she take out her phone to check SMS and drop)
