1) to get to central at 10:30, I would leave at 9:30 to be extra safe. Traffic usually better by then. You can get to central in 30-40 minutes without traffic (direct bus 590).
2) 592 takes you to causeway bay, about 25-30 minutes without traffic, pretty convenient.
3) fastest way to Stanley is to go to Aberdeen and change to minibus. Takes maybe 40 minutes.
4) during peak hours in the evening, you might take up to 1.5 hours to get home.
