請教-被印印告應怎麼辦?

我朋友的印印無端端走路, 跟往就收到掛號信話個印印要告佢underpay. 但事實個印印是收正價的. 請問我朋友要預備d咩文件/ 做d咩來protect自己呢 ?

how did your friend pay her the salary? by way of autopay / cheque / cash? any acknowledgement of receipt when the maid gets the salary? if your friend has paid her > 3270, he/she should not worry too much. of course it'd be better that he/she could produce the proof to the court...

My friend was pay her helper by cash with acknowledgement receipt. But the agent told her that if the helper insist she received is not she signed, my friend will also be in trouble.

I was sued by my inin who stolen my belongs April,05.

She didn't get anything extra.Don't give inin /bunbun a wrong message they can draw u into trouble then blackmail u more $.

Don't panic or frighten. See if anything I can share.

There's always justice.

Exactly the same incident happened to me a yr ago with my yan yan, despite she left by herself and we hv all the signed documents, we still hv to pay her the one mth notice at the labour tribunal, that bitch was escorted by other yan yan (think must be from union), don't worry too much, don't expect the agent will help, just get ready all the required documents and settle the case at the labour tribunal. Remember u hv the right not to let any other yan yan to stay inside the room with her, don't let them hv a chance to discuss among themselves and squeeze yr pocket!

After this case, we pay our helper through online banking to her bank a/c and print the copy for her to sign, this is the best and safe way to protect ourselves.

Your yan yan is like a thief and so is mine. She is not only greedy with money but also her intention in damage my family.

I was also claimed by my yan yan who stole my photos and make curse. I reported to the police and it was documented in their file. I am glad I did that. Most important the court will only believe in evidence. So remember in future if your maid don't do good keep the warning letters as protection. I will never hire yan yan as some of them carry mites and bugs on their bodies and scary things as make curse. You have to check the mat or their bedding to see if there are small insects on them.

That bloody yan yan now claimed me for one month salary at the labour dept, I will not pay for it as it's a misconduct and unfaithful behaviour. My agent Ms Peggy of Dynasty Employment Service has no integrity, she only asked me to settle the money as I believe she has advantages in getting back the commission from that bitch yan yan.

What I am most unhappy is that that yan yan has strategies on sir. She will do very good for men but for mum she will ignore her instructions and sometimes make me angry so that I quarreled with my husband.

I just want to remind all the BK mothers not to fall on this trap and affect the relationship with your husband. I am glad that my husband see the true side of the maid.

突然想起，不知可否收工人在簽收人工時，除簽名外（簽名式樣，跟passport上一樣)，打埋手指模印；咁打起官司上來，唔認自己個簽名，都唔好話隻手唔係佢

Hi,
My Indonesian maid ran away last Friday and stole $5000 and a gold necklace, now she went to Labour Department and sue me of underpay (I paid her $3270) and the one month salary also (I terminated the contract after she is gone), rest day pay - I didnt ask her to stay home to work but she has no money in the first month (she only brought 1001 Indonesian money - lesss than HK$1 to Hong Kong) and I dont want to lend her money so I let her to stay at home and now she wanna charge me for that also.........I will send you an email and I hope you can call me and tell me about your case becuase I am going to the Labour Department at Aug 30! 我想問 ...... 印印可以在香港開bank account 嗎? 如果用支票出糧比印印, 可行嗎? (因為我第一次請工人, 而工人仲未來香港) ....

另外, 如何可以幫印印度虫(有無都好, 度左先穩陣, 因為我 bb 快出世)? 可否要佢第一日上班 .... 用消毒藥水洗身嫁?

印印可以開活期戶口，但因為地址報傭主地址，所以記得，如果工人走，要通知銀行，同要小心她利用戶口借錢。你有否她一到香港立刻找私家醫生，幫你工人全身檢查，例如：肝炎、皮膚病等等。。因為工人照顧小朋友，用多小小錢，買個安心。因為之前4年都是請印印，對得她太多，發現有好多工人，在印尼她們多數學廣東話，準備在香港工作用，她們很會做戲，所以你做好人，你老公做惡人。
