i hire an indo maid last year there, but due to personal issue, i need to cancel the application, at that time, visa was already approved.
i called them to cancel the visa asap so that the indo maid would not come to HK. A man talked to me, just keep telling me that it's very troublesome for them to cancel the visa, they would be blamed by Indo trainning sch....they need to pay money......etc.....
Then I receive no follow up calls on the visa cancellation. I need to call them up again and found that no one was acting on my request.
Luckily that I still can inform immigration department on visa cancellation well before the maid get on plane.
The agency company has two consultant, (Kitman and Vegina), they can't help you to solve problem, and the most important is they are carry Bad attitude. Bad Service. The one Vegina told customer call police to solve problem, I think they are not professional.....

My Worker has home sick , she resigned by her own decision effective form today, I took the worker to the agency. However, the agency consultant ( Kitman and Vegina) try to teach the worker to say she is determinate by me.
