I just fired her on 27/8 due to her misconduct at work.
She is short but able to speak OK English.
She is a SUPER 大話精, she may look for jobs these two weeks.
She always brought friends to employer house and
asked my children 'don't tell ma mei, otherwise no firend'
She denied all that when my agent questioned her about and
said those are stories made up by my children.
Later, I found her mobile(I lent her) has many SMS were talking about
'What time the employer will leave the house ...'
'You can come to my house now...'
and finally
'The kids told their mother... '
Then, she had left my kids attended at home and went outside my house to talk to her friend.
She will always cover up her fault unless she was caught red-handed.
She was so 粗手粗腳 and no common sense and always damaged my household stuff, electrical appliances
I am now thinking whether she was the one broke my 3 yrs old kid's toe (bleeding with a nail came off) when she was the only one with my kid near the kitchen door. (my kid said yes, but she said no)
