When my baby was first born, he's sharing a room with my domestic helper. But as a mami, whenever your baby cry, you will wake up anyway. So in the middle of the nights, although the baby was sharing a room with the maid, I still woke up and took care of him. This last for 4-6 months until he quitted waking up in the middle of the night; and I have a full time job.
Try not to leave the baby to the domestic helper, especially when they're that young. You didn't know whether your domestic helper is fully awake in the middle of the night when they feed your baby. What if they forget to help the baby burp before they put them back into the bed?
