Tell her that she has to bear the responsibility to finish all the assigned house chores before sleep. She should concentrate and pay her attention to the daily work. It is not eco-friendly if her computer is on all-day. For this purpose, she is not allowed to switch on the computer during work time. She has to inform you if there is an urgent need. She is suggested to use it during day-off.
See if she is willing to accept your advice. Otherwise, you may capture her wrongdoings and issue a warning letter to her on the work negligence.
