My bb is also small size ga, so from the day she born, my doctor told me to give both breast milk and formula milk to her to ensure she has enough nutrition, and of course like naturalife said, the quality of breast milk is v. important, mommy has to eat nutritious food too. Also, if breastfeed bb directly, pump the rest of the milk afterwards, then feed bb next time.
