Mine has been working in middle east (2 countries) for 7 years without been in HK before. She is good and clean, only does not know cooking Chinese food. I taught her a while and bought some cook books to her and now is OK. She did not has to work with other maid during the 7 years, she did not need to go out for shopping.
I would hire a maid that is married with children, has financial burden and have experience on new born. My agent highly recommend her to me.
Most important, I gave her the rules and job list once she arrive HK, so far so good la.
