My house is in Kowloon, how about you ? How long have you sold your house ?
I have been waiting almost 3 weeks la !
Although, too many people come here to have a look, but they also concern about the increasing interest rate, and the selling price.

I am also waiting 3 months la. Maybe the price is higher than normal. Many people come my home to take a look, no respond.

yes ~ I know it is quite diffcult right now ! My house was new bulilt, about two years ago.
My friends (2 pairs of copule), they sold their flat within one month. And one of them, were live just nearby my estate. How come ?

3 months ? I think it should be very bore, when they come to the flat, and have a look. During the weekend, my baby will be live with us. So, I will only let the agent to come to my house, within the time limite.
Do you have set the time range, to sell the house ? Or you will be wait until the flat sold out ? Now I am in trobule for this ~~~

Hi Minigary,

As I set the price is higher than normal, I think this is caused me to wait for 3 months. I hope I can sold out my flat before next April. By the way, I only allow agent to come my home on weedend. I am also very trouble on this.

My house is in tseung kwan o. It only 2 year old. I think it is because the interest rate issue. Therefore, it takes so long to sell the house. My house is top floor(51/f) including the roof. Now, the price is too low, I want to sell it at $3950/per feet. It is the market price, but still no one visit my house.

只有兩個買家睇過, 第一個因無法在指定日安排返睇已買左第二度, 跟住第二個買家即睇即買.

我由04年3月開始放,到今年7月先賣左. 因為之前放個價高過市價一成,所以冇乜人睇. 曾經減價速銷,但都冇人問津. 但到今年新年後就好多人睇,我又加番價,但始終睇樓時間有限制(only放工后或假日),會miss左D炒家客,
