I just came back from the hotel 2 weeks ago. Their hotel and the staff totally not yet ready and aweful.
We (altogether 3 families) stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and spent a very aweful holiday there.
1.. The staff just changed your tower without tidying up your room, my used coffee cup left over on the table from day 1 until I left
2. The water supply is unstable (not once, always), I had the experience that no water supply during taking bath and washing my hair, my friends called the customer service staff but no action taken until she went to shout in the receptionist counter. Then they brought me several bottles of distilled water.
3. The food and the buffet was no good and not worthwhile.
4. Far away from the city, they only operate the shuttle bus twice a day to and from city, departure hotel at 10:00am and return from city at 2 or 3 pm (cannot remember exactly) which took 1.5 hours per trip. Even a lot of the taxi driver didn't know where it is.
5. The sea next to the hotel is mud sea, therefore, the sea water just like the mud water, really no good. The activities were not organised properly.
6. The room is really small (don't believe the website, they're totally different) and the aircond even not worked properly in my 2 friends' room, mine was ok, so lucky.
7. The staff were not properly trained and new, they even didn't understand clearly the packages and fee schedule, ie one staff told us that the buffet included drinks but when we signed the bill, the cashier charged us the drinks which costed around HKD1K. The answers from the different staff were different from time to time.
8. so many many cases.....
I can confidently say that it was the worst hotel (even motel) in the world that I have stayed.
