I have read a few blogs about this company - and I am sorry that I did not read it before I used them.
This agent is really really really bad - please do not use them.
They are not just bad for the employer but also bad to the helpers.
My case was my helper decided to terminate her contract within a week of arrival, and when I sent her back to the agent, the agent didn't want anything to do with her as they knew they will get no money from her. So she came back to me waited outside my apartment. The helper (in fairness has no idea) was told by the agent to come back and as I refused to let her in since she has already left. The helper called the police as she ran out of option and her friend recommended her to do that. I tried to ring the agent in the meantime and took a long time before I could get through to them. And once they found out the police was involved, they just hung up.
Since then I have been at the labour court trying to settle with the helper. The helper has no case as she signed her termination letter and she wanted to leave herself, but she was hoping I might give her something as her agent refused to take her phone call etc...
In addition, I bought insurance through the agent for the helper, it was about 1200 hkd, but since the helper terminated her contract so fast, the agent never even bother to purchase the insurance for me. I waited for a number of weeks for the cert (as you know it is transferable), and eventually rang the insurance company, they said they have never received my form etc.. So after one month after I gave them the money, they told me "oh we will follow up,". And after getting busted, they said that they have now sorted it out, but it was a month later. So they were trying to keep my money, if I did not follow up.
Very irresponsible and a totally "black-shop", do not trust them both mongkok and Tsuen wan.
BTW, the reasons I found them were they all of you, because they advertised part-time legal helpers, I used some of them, they lasted about 2 days, they were awful. I got them to look after my 2 years old, and they felt asleep. Not professional, no cert, no nothing.. just some random middle-aged women who wanted to make some easy money.
