急:印尼工人走僱主要收齊什麼文件 [複製鏈接]

急:印尼工人走僱主要收齊什麼文件

個工人本來11月7日完約, 點知係10月4日自己走咗番agent度, 衆點都唔肯返離, 連同我見面及通電話都唔肯. 於是全部完约手續經agent辦. 我只係比返今個月人工佢及比機票佢走就得.

我由agent 收到以下文件, 請問有無漏文件未收:

1) Notification of Termination of An Employment Contract ( copy - fr 工人 to 人文入境處)

2) Receipt of Personal and Private Belongings
( Orginal - fr 工人 to 我)

3) Receipt for Payments upon Termination / Expiry Contract
(Orginal - Between 工人 to 我, only 今個月人工, 無寫連機票)

請盡快指教, 因佢明日就跟agent 上機 (8/10).

I am so worry about this event. Don't you think that it's ridiculous? Your Domestic helper left in advance of one month of the end of contract date without any annoucement or notice. If I were you, I would call police immediately and report the issue to immigration department. It's not taking revenge but protect yourself. We don't know what's happen will follow after she left. Maybe she will sue you for some reason you don't know, right? Who knows?
Don't you forget the news that HK Govern't support their air-ticket and hotel fees to come back sue their employers? Please take a look the news.

點解冇簽include ticket and travel allowance？Reason for termination contract係乜？況且妳應ask for one mth notice payment from her since she left too early，同妳應自己通知immigration佢早走呀！妳點肯定佢一定明天走呢？本來係味正常下完約？最好簽多份冇physically and mentally injuries caused during the employment and further claim from u，小心的！！
