I am a working mom and without help from my mother in law. Only my mother can come 2 times per week and 2 hours each.

I am pregnant now. And my 1st baby shall be 2 years old when 2nd baby is new born. Do you think I will need 2 maids?

I plan to send my 1st baby to kintergarten when she is 3 years old.

Any other suggestion?

You may consider let the elder kid study in N1 full day. Then, you don't need to employ 2 helpers.
