賣樓: 冇mud野要做, 交比你律師 (當然係你信得過既), 佢會幫你搞晒, 翹埋手等收$$

你可以安排交吉cut左水電媒, 攞返按金,律師唔會做呢part
安排 mail redirection, if necessary
交吉前清場, 視孚邊一方緊D喇, 如果賣家驚買家踢契既, 最好清場清得乾乾淨淨, 我試過有買家最後驗樓時要我坼埋度舊鐵閘搬走
