I use 魚露as marinate to "yip" 肉。可代替豉油及salt. Especially when I cook thai dishes like 生菜包。只要用魚露同生粉yip mince pork for few hours, then stir fry 已切碎的 lemongrass (only the 嫩parts), 炒熟後用青檸汁和魚露調味,熄火後加切碎的chilli + 芫茜+乾葱。Secret ingredient is 加 泰式的炒米碎和chilli powder ( can get both from thai shops)... 上碟後每人自己用生菜(唐生菜)包來吃,或撈飯吃也一流。yum yum
