As your daughter is only 2 and you are a FTM, you and your daughter are entitled to stay at your matrimonial home (your flat) until your girl turn 18 or finish full time education. Although you are full time mum, the court still consider how long is your marriage and how much has your husband got and to decide you and your girl's maintenance.
For your daughter's custody, the family law is more favour to mum, as you have been looking after her, you will unlikely to lost the 'care and control', but you also need to prepare you will get the 'join custody' with him and he will get reasonable access included 'staying over'. The judge only consider 'Sole custody' if one parent is mental problems, violence, or drug addicts.
At this moment I would recommend you to keep as many as his income and assets proof : tax return, pay slip, bank statement, credit card statement, also your utilities bills. And you need to find yourself a lawyer, if yu haven't got saving over the limited you are entitled to 'Legal Aid' even you got property, and don't believe you and him can be reached an agreement coz divorce procedure will be taken up months even years, he will change mind and not keeping his promises later.
