低層單位

Any comment of lower floor.

Is it disadvantages more than advantages. If sell out, is it difficult.

我會睇下周圍環璄如何先．
首先，低層很可能很高嘈音．但若樓下唔係對于大街而係內園既．咁低層都可以接受．
second,低層既保安也是一個問題，低層一定要安窗花，已經影响小小景觀．（當然本身景觀己經冇乜）
third,低層好太機會ｄ喉唔好，萬一唔好彩樓上塞左，都好大濟．
不過，一分錢一分貨，低層一定會平過高層．買得低層好多野都預左．但若用來炒賣，sell都唔會好似高層咁著數．自用就一ｄ問題都冇．

I just learnt for investment but it cost 1.2M at lower floor towards garden side. But the decoration is OK not too good but above average.

This is my first time for investment. A little bit feel no good after bought this house.

I will try to lease out and wait for two years later.

Is it good plan. Any comment. Tks so much.
