I am so unhappy, my mom always discourage me to breast feed my baby. My baby has many肚風, 嘔奶。One of the doctor (the one my mom trust) said that my bb may be too sensitive even breast milk. But another doctor said that it's normal and not related to my beast milk, it might related to what I eat. the food may be not clean enough. The 健康院 also said that. But my mom is so unhapppy to hear that for all my food was cook from her. She said there is no problem with her food. But actually, I can find some food and oil stick on the plate after she washed. When my bb cry, she always ask me to stop breast feed my baby. She is the first one to ask me to do so. It make my so frustrate and unhappy.

Please don't be discouraged, I have the same problem, my mom cooks for me and she really hopes that I could give up breast feed asap because she feels that she can cook more different type of food for me, also, if I stop bf, she gets to also feed the baby with bottle. Just be strong and keep repeating to her the benefits of breastfeeding. My mom understands now and has stopped asking me to quit bf (after 5 weeks).
Regarding wind, spitting milk, I'm not sure how true this is, but my 99 did tell me that papaya belongs to the category of瓜, and that could be "leung", cold, and that could create wind in babies, so, I stopped drinking it and baby's wind and spit milk problem subsided. So, maybe you could try stop drinking papaya soup, maybe? Just give it a try and see...
Please don't be discouraged, many sisters here will support you to press on! Add oil!

At the begining my daughter have that problem, but don't worry a lot of baby is like that, if you papaya is 'leung' than drink fish soup, it also help. Don't give up.

Thanks to all mom. I really think about to give up breast feed my baby and start to give her 豆奶 start from today. But after see the message from all of you, I need to re-consider. You all really give me confident. 原來咁多人一樣。
As what you said that the papaya is "leung", I drank a lot before and found that my bb status was not so good, always 嘔奶 and many air in her tummy. the bb屎 also very 希with 水 and many times a day. I already stopped to drink this.
I really want to know bb屎的形態是怎樣, the doctor my mom trusted said that the bb屎的形態must look like红毛泥 and must not more than 3 times a day. No matter is formula or breast milk. But my bb屎 is 希 and sometime with a little look like滑潺潺 and around 3-6 times a day. Is that normal??? any bb屎 is like this?

Dont worry. The normal stool for BF babies is described as 'scrambled eggs'. So it is quite watery and occur many times a day. Apparently my BB has bowel opening every time after BF. It will gradually decrease in frequency as he is getting older.
Also it is very common for newborn to spit milk because their esophagus and stomach is not mature enough to hold the milk inside. No need to worry about it since it will not cause any harm to health.
I dont know about papaya. I drink quite a lot of papaya soup and does not find any problem with my kid.

For babies who are fed on bf totally, they poo more frequently. I remembered that Tim poo poo nearly everytime I bf him. Also, the poo poo was more 'soft' in texture but sure not just water because the latter indicates diarrhoea. Maybe just like soft mustard 芥辣.
Don't worry. Keep it up. I have been bf for 13.5 months and will continue until Tim weans by himself, as long as I still have the supply, hehe.
