Hi, My girl is studying in N class (K1) now, the fee is quite a lot except the school fee, it is roughly like:
School fee: $2906 (monthly) + Globol child teaching material fee:300 (monthly)
Uniform: summer+ winter : $1500
Art material + books + miscellaneous : $6000 -7000(yearly)
Birthday party set: $450 (yearly)
Snack : 2000 (yearly)
Actvities: like Christams performance : $250
Material and costume for child for celebrating different festival like Mid-Autumn and Halloween or Christmas : Up to you but still need to prepare
This is what I can remember because there is always some extra things to pay for each month. So, it needs around $ 5000 a month at least!
Hi, my girl is studying here since she pre-nursary at Royal Palms.I dont know is the type of class the same as Yuen Long. Here is one Cantonese teacher and One English teacher in charge of a class. As I asked my girls' teacher. She said the class is conducted mainly in English and PTH. Seeing my daughter progress, she picks up new English words and will learn a new English songs every week. There is a reading prgramme as well.So, if it is affotable, St Lorraine will be a good choice . I don't know the other school ,This school provides a lot of different channels and resources for a child to learn English. So, maybe the English programme here is quite an all-round setting which is a little bit hard to be replaced by English course outsides . I hope my personal experince helps.
Hi Teresa,我覺得書比其他學校多，課外書又多，再加上VCD， DVD，CD。。。好多書，英文佔大部份，其次廣東話，再其次國語，呀B 返左學後講野進步左，但我相信只是因為多同同學交流後既結果。英文本身佢其實字返學前都識晒，所以我未留意到英文有咩進步，但肯定既係，佢上堂聽得明英文老師講野，會投入好多，同好開心，最大既進步係，佢日日都唱歌，因為學左好多新歌，佢又肯坐定定上堂（佢係超活潑個D），我都好意外，仲有，D同學仔我見到個個都好乖同好叻，我相信我呀B可以從同學中學到好多好野。活動又多，唔怕悶親佢，親子活動又多，只係有少少欠佳係，老師到現在為止，都未打過比我講下呀B既情況。比其他學校少交流。。。可能太忙吧。。。希望資料幫到你～
