我有個e+做野好慢同多多麻煩既工人(菲),來左兩個月好多野都未上手, 莫講話take care我兩個囡(3歲,new born),所以好多野我到e+都未放心佢自己做, 同埋日日佢都另我好mung

e+個agent度有個另外一個俾我(印),有related experience, 做過Malaysia 6 年同一顧主,Singapore 2 年(有湊new born),香港 2 年(有湊new born), 所有都finish contract... 我同個工人講過電話都ok... 其實e+所有表面資料都ok, 不過就係個工人/agent 俾唔倒HK前顧主既電話,我就hold住. (個工人係響arm arm 8月完約)

你地話我請唔請得過呢個印傭呢? 個agent就話印傭去得好快, 所以我要決定得快... 個工人冇reference 俾我check, 請唔請得過呢?

Check her passport if there is no reference from previous employer.

曾經聽人講過，就係寫信比佢前僱主(查舊合約)，寫明搵佢原因，留底妳嘅聯絡電話叫舊僱主搵妳。總好過乜都唔知。

Check the working visas, in and out chops of the immigration on her passport then you will know it is true or not that she finished all the contracts in different countries. Just ask the agency to show the photocopy. It will be even better if they can provide the copy of contracts as well. Sometimes the agency give false informtion and mislead clients.

agent 話私隱問題, 好難比舊僱主電話check, 另外, 人人要求唔同, 好難定好唔好,
我之前請左件賓, 幫同一僱主4年 (2 adult & 1 kid about 9 years old), 諗住OK啦, 點知洗野"污joe"到死, 人人話賓賓衛生常識好d, 點知.... 只可用一個"sh1t"形容佢

所以無得講, 睇彩數
