My印印will finish her contract in Dec, me 15-16 too.
She's ok in cleaning and she loves my 2 kids, cooking is just so so. She's always on the phone too (even 2 or 3am in the morning) and when she's "watching" my kids playing in the room, but she'll put away the phone when she saw me.
The thing that makes me 15-16 is she always show a long face - never say good morning, sometimes say goodnight but most of the time just close her door. If you ring the door bell, she will turn away after she unlock the door lock, won't even open the door for you, not mentioning a hello or smile. She'll never smile (actually "black face") when she goes out with us, so now I won't even bring her out. I'll only see her smile when she plays with my kids.
I've tolerated this bad attitude for 4 years and sometime I think should I just keep her because she's good to my kids? ...

same as you, smart --sometimes when I found she is on the phone. I think all maids like that can't live without mobile, not reliable -- sometimes when I found her mistakes, that's why I just consider if she can finish her contract in Mar,08. But it seems so expensive and she is not worth for early terminate. Blessing me in these eight months.

my maid even can talk on phone until 5 or 6 am on consecutively 2 days. She's been here just 1 year and I have no plan to sign the 2nd contract w/ her. She's good to my daughter but her hygiene standard is bad. Can you imagine someone can wash baby's potty with toilet water?! And, can you imagine that someone washes your toilet's floor with a lot of water so that I can't close the toilet door any more?
