In general speaking, here is quite good, good air quality ; clean environment and low density of the whole estate.
But it depends on the flat u facing, some flats facing Tat Che Road are quite noisy. And the 間格 here not that good (old style) and the interior were a bit old.
But for 4m, i can say is quit limit choice for those 3 rooms flat... here the general 呎價 is around 6k... those 3 rooms flat is all around 700 or up. So, at least 4.2m and it all depends on the location.
Phase I club house is better than Phase II and III. And it's near MTR station. Phase III are newest but bad in 景觀.
Thank you for your informations. It's really usefull. May be I will wait until the price getting lower to 5 - 5.5k. Is there any swimming pool in phrase I? As I love swimming very much.
Why i said Phase I club hse is nicer coz it had a 露天 swimming pool which exclusively for Phase I residents.
Phase II and III residents can only share another 室內swimming pool which located at Phase II area.
I just check for the average hse price now here is around 6.4k/呎...some Phase I flats can climb up to 7.5k/flt.
The flats here are easily sold coz lots of owner would like to invest here for rental use. Indeed u can try to rent here to see weather u like it than consider to buy.
do u know if there is a fireman resident there? coz i remember my bro having a friend's dad is fireman. my bro sometimes drive to their home visiting them. my bro said just make a turn will go to lion tunnel back to our shatin home.
