Recommend a domestic helper

I would like to recommend my present domestic helper who will finish the contract in mid of Nov, 05. We do not continue the contract because our kid has grown up and my husband is not working. We plan to change to a part-time helper instead.

Our helper is a Philippine maid, around 40. She is reliable, hard-working, capable of cooking chinese food and performing household chores. She mixes well with my kid as well.

i'm looking for a reliable helper who can take care of my coming newborn. how long has she been working for you? and do u think i can trust her with a newborn with no one else at home after i go back to work a few months later?
