disable not a must application in startup, "msconfig"

我的電腦→mouse右click c:→屬性→工具→開始檢查→選取自動修復文件系統錯誤和掃描並試圖恢復壞扇區→開始

重啟動電腦，在進入windows前，電腦會自動檢查c:和糾正錯誤

Clean all cookies and temp files sometime help the situation as well. You may try this from within IE browser under Tool tab and look for internet option menu. HoPe this helps...
