I have the follow points in my standing house rules to the maid and hope she will do so.....
"Report to your employers immediately in case of emergency or any irregularities, i.e. anything happen with the children, even for very small matters. Do not make your own judgment on the seriousness of the matters."
"In Emergency, take the children leave the house immediately and inform the building management office for help and call to report to your employer."
