I have been using it for some years (forget how many). Mostly I used 2% and it "stabilised" the losing of hair and gradually grow some "tiny" little hair. But these tiny hairs are very thin and weak, so don't try to wash or rub your head using large force.....must be very VERY gently. (you can do experiment by picking a few of these tiny hairs by fingers, they can be easily removed with little force). Anyway, tiny/weak hairs are better than none, right?
Regarding the side effect on sex desire / performance, I don't feel any of such effect on me. (my "brother" can be called up anytime within seconds and stay hard...really hard, for long time). But I am not sure everyone will have same effect or not. You may consider trying and when something wrong, you can stop using it....
