If u looking for nanny ,you can buy a pregant magainese which have some co.reference In the market about 7-8k for 6 hrs /5-6 days a months whose hv ten years experience .you can interview them before you hire them .I am thinking to hire one also .My suitation almost same as you except this is my first baby .i have a PH maid .but if i hire a nanny she will almost nothing to me .

I also heard some free agent is the worst agent name "kung lun mui "because anyone can sign up as nanny.
