菲傭續約, 可以自己攪.
首先要到入境處拿一式4份的綠色 contract 和其他 forms (check the website of the immigration).
填好張 new contract, 一式4份由工人拎去菲律賓領士館蓋印 (好似有手續費的)
之後, 工人會拎番一式3份 contract 回來. 然後僱主就與入境處約時間交 contract 及其他 form. 工人要 provide passport + HKID for visa processing.
入境處應該一日就可以做好個 visa renewal.
I put the salary statement, tax note, etc into a sealed envelop. I also have anothet self-adhesive envelop. I attach a note asking the official of the immigration dept to put the doc into the self-adhesive envelop after they process the helper's visa application.
