can i use flash with taking photos of BB?

my father's very kin on taking photos with his grandson, but he thinks it's OK with using flash. However i have found my bb blinks and seems to be afraid of light after taken some photos by his grandad.I am rather worry and does anyone know is it matters?

最好唔好用閃光燈, 不過我有時都有用, 都冇咩問題

我個friend同bb影相, 連續十幾張都有用閃光燈, 會唔會對bb有咩影響架!

i will not let my friend to use flash when taking photos of my BB. but things becomes difficult when he is the grand father and he is rather stubborn.
