Yes so far I know 99 only but I just stay here for a few mths.. So maybe my info is not comprehensive enough:. I usually get onto the bus before 8 and little traffic problem. But 99 needs to go via cwb n not sure that part. U may take 592 to sogo n change mtr. 592 is super regular. Which phase are u staying? Best is to get on at terminus. Make sure u can get into the bus..
