Because I heard a story same as you working as part time is Ok but full time is another way !!

If her Permanent Job Employer said is OK ! Is goog to find a full time and a part time on Sunday !!

Off course ! Do part time is Illegal !!

There are A LOT OF ILLEGAL FROM OUR LOVELY GOVERNMENT !!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, you need to make sure the helper is not fired by her previous employer. If she is fired, she must have some problems hidden.

You can ask her to show you her previous contract to check the date of expiry of contract.

Reference letter could fool you because you cannnot verify whether it is a real one.

I have seen two different reference letters produced by the same helper in two different agencies.

I have a query about "she work good when doing pt for me. she said she work for her previous employer for 6 years. the employer dont wnat to pay long payment, so dont want her anymore. that's why she is looking for new employer now"

According to labour law, 6 years work is entitled to long serverance payment. Please be careful if she talk lie to you, what will you think if she do the part-time job if you employ her.

If I were you, I will not employ her.

she live same block as me..咁咪撞下佢主人, 直接問下佢, 工人表現如何.
好似話常規地要工人去清潔另一地方係唔得架,,(咩叫常規,,唔常規既就係, 有時帶埋工人去呀媽or 奶奶到, 叫佢幫手拾頭拾尾, 但唔係個個星期某日 or 特定一個日期)

You can ask her to show you the previous contact, then you know where her ex-employer live, and then you can talk directly with her ex-employer, because her ex-employer do not live too far from your house.
