你地個工人幾點訓, 幾點起身? 我個 9 點左右就訓, 7點先wake　ｕｐ，　不過佢來左幾日啫，　ｂｂ　又未出世，日頭佢都冇乜偷懶，　你地有乜　ｃｏｍｍｅｎｔ　呀？

　我真係冇請工人嘅經驗

My yy sleep at 11pm and wake up at 7pm.
This is the guideline l give to her at the beginning.
But she doesn't need to take care of babies at nite, especially when they are just born. l don't trust her.

But now my twinsboys are 2y, l let her take care of them nite time also(just only give them some juice when they wake up)

weight at 1 month: Dustin:4.38kg Robin: 4.2kg weight at 2 month: Dustin:5.65kg Robin: 5.4kg weight at 10-7-04: Dustin: 8.23kg Robin: 7.95kg Wish you all babies be blessed by our Lord Jesus Chirst. God loves you!!

我個賓賓就差不多10點訓, 7點起身, 不過佢黎到hk時我個b得兩、三個星期大, 一早講明阿b醒佢都要醒幫手照顧。我覺得一般你比8個小時訓覺時間都正常, 我建議你同你工人講湊newborn時可能要夜少少訓or早少少起身, 甚至乎半夜要起身, 同埋話定佢知有d乜野特別日子可能都需要佢遲少少訓, 預先講明, 大家都好d。

My maid rests at 9pm and gets up at 8am. She needs to take care of my new born BB day and night. So long as she can finish most of the work, I am OK on whatever time she takes rest. Becoz I understand it is very tired of taking care new born.

日日訓覺o既時間都可能唔同,因為個女有時比較遲先訓.
通常我會俾佢訓足8個鍾.
之前佢一o黎o既時候做野真係超慢,攪到o的家務成日都做唔得幾多,只係叫佢洗bb幾件衫,掃地,抹地,同曬衫佢都攪成2 hours...........我仲記得燙一件衫都可以燙成8-10分鐘...........真係好慢,有時真係驚佢燙隆o的衫.............所以個時都有同佢講話,如果佢做得慢得咁跨張,咁佢就要早o的起身做.跟住佢就做得快左喇~

You can set up a working time table for her when your baby bron out, & give her a daily working planning let her follow to do,i have some time table sample can give you ,now my maid(is YY) is follow my planning do all things is so good ,she every day will give me back to see let me know her every day doing what things & my baby every day feeding time table .If you want this time table sample ,please sent your e-mail for my PM.
