~ All round HR duties (recruitment, payroll calculation, MPF contribution, performance appraisal, review of handbook, etc.,)
~ All round admin duties (order of stationary and pantry items, fixed assets maintenance, renewal of insurance, hotel booking, office renovation and relocation, etc.,)
* Fluent in Japanese (JLPT Level 1)/English/Mandarin
* with solid HR experience
* short notice is a must
* prefer to work at a small but fast expanding company
