suggest you to make it clear. if she takes all holidays but prefers to stay home, there is no need for her to do anything. i don't want the maid to take advantage of me, and i won't take advantage of her too.
i won't ask if she wants to go or not. it's my decision !!! i don't mind to pay her for not taking all holidays, so that i can have a rest. if i bring her to 婆婆 or 麻麻, i will ask her to help cooking and washing dishes for whole day.
if you are satisfied with the maid, ask her to take less holidays, let her get some more money and lai see ! she will be very happy.
Sorry, you are WRONG! 頭3個月放勞工假, but no pay, that mean, you can deduct pay from the salary. 過左3個月, of course, 要放勞工假 and no deduction shall be made as the 勞工假 are paid.
