yes, i also do the same.
i keep the phone before i go out to work in the morning and then put on the dining table after dinner
so that the maid can use it at night
but that may not be effective way of stopping her to use the phone during day time.
since i found that she buy another phone and carry it inside her clothes and chat chat chat during day time
now i ask her to let me keep two phones during day time and i warned her not to buy a third one.
